Our Wedding Package
Congratulations! So you’ve got the beautiful ring and now the planning begins, and we are delighted that you are considering Oatlands Park Hotel as your wedding venue.
We know how stressful planning a wedding can be, that’s why we offer one wedding package which includes everything from room hire, to tables and chairs, and food and drink. You can then choose to upgrade on any additional extras.
Traditional Wedding Package:
Our Traditional Wedding Package is priced from £120 per person and is based on a minimum of 60 adults.
This includes all of the following:
- Hire of the York Suite (or upgrade to the Mulberry Suite*) for your Wedding Breakfast and Evening Reception.
- A red carpet experience.
- A glass of Prosecco or a glass of orange juice per person for your drinks reception.
- Three-course seated set menu.
- Tea, coffee and minted chocolates.
- Half bottle of house wine per person.
- A glass of Prosecco or orange juice for your toast drink.
- Cake stand and knife.
- White table linen, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
- Complimentary menu tasting for the engaged couple.
- Complimentary accommodation on the night of the wedding in a Feature room.
- A member of our team to assist you during the planning in the lead up to your wedding.
- An Operations Manager to look after you and your guests.
- Special accommodation rates for your guests.
*An additional fee of £3,500 will apply for hire of the Mulberry Suite.
