How would you describe your menu?

My menus are based on my ethos of cooking and style modern British, which is simple cooking with good seasonal English produce, locally sourced, cooked well and creatively presented.

What would be your signature dish?

My signature dish would have to be a Sunday Roast with all the trimmings, this dish is very close to my heart and evokes great memories from my childhood.

Who is the Chef that gives you inspiration?

The Chef that inspires me the most would have to be Marco Pierre White, after working in his kitchen, the key elements that I took with me are use simple produce cook with passion and showcase your skill with the presentation.
