Booking Terms and Conditions:

Check in is from 3pm. Guestrooms must be vacated by 11.00am (unless late checkout is specified as part of a package), or a further charge may be incurred. On departure drop your room key in the Express Checkout box by reception or simply pass it to a member of the reception team.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card/ debit card. We do not make any charges to the credit card unless you fail to take up the reservation in which case the first night’s stay is charged to your credit card or if your rate is “Non Refundable” then the entire amount will be charged.

We offer free cancellation up to 4:00 PM 1 day before arrival. Reservations must be cancelled by 4pm 1 day prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge of 100% of the full stay including tax. A no-show charge is 100% of the full stay including tax.

Upon check-in, the authorisation will be requested for the predicted full amount of your stay plus £50 per night for incidentals. Should you choose to pay at checkout with a different method the previous pre-authorisation can be active on your account for up to 7-9 working days depending on your card issuer. Some debit cards may take the full payment and still hold the pre-authorisation amount.

The management cannot accept any responsibility for valuables unless they are deposited in the safety deposit boxes at reception. Special attention is drawn to the notice exhibited in the Entrance in respect of the Hotel Keepers Liability.

Our hotel does not permit animals or pets, with the exception of assistance or guide dogs agreed in advance.

Oatlands Park Hotel is a non-smoking hotel and all guest bedrooms are strictly non-smoking. The law states that if you are found smoking in the hotel, including bedrooms and public areas,  you can be fined £75.00.  We reserve the right to make an appropriate charge (minimum £150) for deep cleaning if anyone is found to have smoked in the bedroom.

We reserve the right to charge individual guests or lead guests for the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless acts of guests to the hotel’s property or structure. If this damage is discovered after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to charge the guest’s credit or debit card or send an invoice to their registered address. In severe cases, the guest will also be responsible for any loss of revenue the hotel incurs while the room is being repaired.

We reserve the right to charge guests for the full replacement cost of any items taken from the premises without consent, including any associated carriage charges. If the missing item is discovered after the guest’s departure, we reserve the right to charge the guest’s credit or debit card or send an invoice to their registered address.

Our hotel is committed to ensuring that all guests and staff members are treated with dignity and respect. If a guest’s actions are deemed inappropriate by the Duty Manager or General Manager, the hotel reserves the right to take action. Depending on the severity of the allegations, the hotel may ask the guest to leave the premises and involve the police.

Treatment services and/or facilities received at The Aragon Treatment Rooms, within Oatlands Park Hotel, are intended for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition, medical or otherwise, that Guests may have.

We offer free car parking for all guests. All vehicles are parked at the owners’ risk and the hotel cannot accept any liability. If a vehicle is left in the hotel car park for more than 12 hours after the guest has departed without the written consent of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to remove the vehicle at the owners’ expense.
