This summer, sip on our new vibrant menu of Spritz Cocktails. Crafted by our talented team of mixologists at Bar 1509, these refreshing and tasty concoctions are perfect to enjoy on a summer’s afternoon either out on our beautiful terrace or in our stylish bar.
Starting from the classic Aperol Spritz to Mojito cocktails and Gin Fizz, we’ve got something for everyone. The combination of Prosecco and soda water makes every cocktail taste that bit lighter and more refreshing during the warmer months. Our ice-cold Strawberry Margarita is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser this summer, and of course, it’s not a British summer without quintessentially British Pimms!
All our spritz cocktails are topped with house Prosecco and soda water, or just ask the bar team to create something special to your taste. For the non-drinkers, we have a menu of virgin cocktails and non-alcoholic spritz cocktails available. Spritz cocktails start from £10 and are available at Bar 1509 from 2nd June 2023.
World Gin Day takes place on Saturday 10th June 2023, and what better way than to raise a glass with our gin and elderflower spritz.
