Passion Fruit Martini cocktail recipe
Here’s how to make a Passion Fruit Martini cocktail at home. Just in time for the May Bank Holiday Weekend! As staying in is the new going out, our Bar Manager has shared one of our most popular cocktail recipes for you to make at home.

Passion fruit martini cocktail recipe
What you’ll need (makes 1 cocktail):
- 40ml vanilla vodka
- 20ml passion fruit liqueur, such as Passoã
- 25ml passion fruit puree (you could also use Mango & passion fruit smoothie)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp vanilla syrup or vanilla sugar
- Half a passion fruit to garnish
- Prosecco
How to make it:
Fill your martini glass with ice to chill it and halve the passion fruit ready to use as your garnish at the end. Add the vodka, Passoã, passion fruit puree, lemon juice and vanilla syrup, and fill the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until frost forms on the outside of the shaker. Throw away the ice from the martini glass. Strain the cocktail into the glass. Decorate with half a slice of passion fruit. Serve with a shot of Prosecco on the side (drink the shot first or pour it into the martini) – Delicious!
