COVID SECURE MEETINGS AND CONFERENCES
Oatlands Park Hotel is one of Surrey’s finest 4-star hotels to host events, business meetings and conferences. With 12 spacious and flexible event rooms and 120 bedrooms, surrounded by 10 acres of gardens, we’re a popular choice for event planners.
Since the global coronavirus pandemic, our hotel, like most businesses, has sadly had to close its doors on more than one occasion as we have responded to Government guidance and localised Tiers. At certain times business meetings have been permitted to continue for the purposes of work or education.
A safe space for meetings
As a hotel and conference venue, we have also had to adapt to the changing climate. We have followed advice from the Government and UK Hospitality to create a Covid-19 secure environment by increasing hygiene and safety measures to ensure the safety of our team, our guests and our community. These include hand sanitiser stations, one-way systems and screens in place. We proudly display the green tick “We’re Good to Go” logo which shows the actions we have taken to welcome guests in line with Government and Public Health England.
Our event rooms have also been made secure, and so when the time is right, we can continue to hold business meetings and conferences within a Covid-19 secure environment. We have done this by reconfiguring our capacities to allow for a minimum of at least 2 metres, or 1 metre with risk mitigation (only where 2 metres is not viable). Each of our event rooms are sanitised with an anti-viral fogger and sealed before your arrival. There’s also hand sanitiser on each table and any pens, notepads and water bottles can be taken away at the end of the session.
