  • Validity: Valid for events held between 1st January 2027 to 31st December 2027.
  • Offer Eligibility: Complimentary room hire applies to qualifying private celebrations and private dining bookings for up to a maximum of 30 guests.
  • Catering Requirement: Food, beverages, table decorations and additional event services are not included in the room hire waive and must be arranged separately through the venue.
  • Availability: Offer is subject to venue availability and promotional space allocation at the time of booking.
  • Offer cannot be combined: Cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounted dining packages, or existing private event contracts unless confirmed in writing by Oatlands Park Hotel management.
  • Standard Terms: Standard Oatlands Park Hotel booking, deposit, payment and cancellation policies apply to all reservations.
