Local Bonfire Nights and Fireworks
Surrey comes alive with magnificent displays and traditional bonfires during the month of November.
First up is a bonfire and fireworks display at Ripley Green, Ripley, just a short 13-minute drive from Oatlands - featuring a family-friendly funfair opening from 1pm, and fireworks with live music from 8pm. Alternatively, the annual fireworks display to music at Cleves School in Weybridge starts at 5:30pm until 8pm, with tickets being £12 for adults and £6 for kids.

After a local fireworks display, why not retreat to Oatlands Park Hotel's warm Bar 1509 and pull up a chair over a hot chocolate or late-night cuppa. Bar 1509 is open daily until 11pm.
Discover Weybridge: Ken Clark’s Guided Walking Tour
Step back in time and explore the rich local history right on our doorstep! Join local historian Ken Clark for his next Weybridge guided walking afternoon on Saturday 31st October.
The walk is completely free of charge, the walk lasts approximately 2 hours and features fascinating historical stops along the route. This is walk number 3 from Ken's Weybridge Walks pamphlet. As we are well into autumn, please remember to wear suitable footwear and wrap up in warm clothing in case of inclement weather.
