We have achieved an impressive quality score in a recent inspection, maintaining our AA 4 Silver Star Hotel award.
Our talented Restaurant and kitchen teams have been recognised for their tremendous efforts, achieving a 1 AA Rosette for Culinary Excellence for Oatlands Park Hotel's Mulberry Restaurant.
And lastly but by no means least, we are on a mission to continue our Sustainability commitment, as recognised by maintaining Greengage EcoSmart Silver certification for sustainable guest accommodation and eco-friendly meeting and event spaces.
These awards recognise the ongoing commitment of our entire hotel team to maintaining exceptional standards of service, housekeeping, dining and environmental responsibility across our 10-acre country estate.
Reconfirming our AA 4 Silver Star Hotel Rating
Following a rigorous inspection by AA Hotel & Hospitality Services, Oatlands Park Hotel successfully maintained its 4 Silver Star classification.
The inspection evaluated 58 distinct operational aspects across the hotel. The AA inspector praised our team's "warm and professional" hospitality, "polished service delivery," and "very high level" of housekeeping standards throughout our guest bedrooms, bathrooms, public lounge spaces, and historic grounds.

Culinary Distinction: 1 AA Rosette for Mulberry Restaurant
Our hotel restaurant named in honour of the Mulberry tree as a deliberate nod to our estate's rich Tudor heritage, has officially retained its 1 AA Rosette for Culinary Excellence.
Featuring high ceilings and tall windows overlooking our Surrey parkland, Mulberry Restaurant was recognised for its carefully curated menus designed to appeal to both hotel guests and local Weybridge diners.
The recent inspection highlighted our freshly prepared dishes - including our confit terrine starters and pan-fried hake mains - as well as our popular breakfast buffet and speciality coffees.
Driving Sustainable Hospitality with Silver
Alongside our operational and culinary recognitions, Oatlands Park Hotel has maintained its Silver certification from Greengage EcoSmart.
Greengage EcoSmart is a recognised sustainability framework that audits hotels and venues on their energy efficiency, waste management, sustainable sourcing and eco-friendly event planning capabilities. Achieving and maintaining Silver status confirms that our guest rooms, corporate conference rooms and event suites operate under strict environmental standards.
Our Journey Towards Gold
While retaining our Silver rating is a fantastic milestone, our sustainability journey doesn't stop here.
