Hosting Hope and Hospitality: BB Merchant Services Charity Event at Oatlands Park Hotel

Recently, we had the absolute pleasure of hosting the evening festivities for BB Merchant Services’ inaugural UK Charity Golf & Gala Event, bringing together clients, partners and friends for a brilliant cause.

Following a spectacular day out on the fairways at the neighbouring Burhill Golf Club, guests arrived at Oatlands Park Hotel to transition from the greens to an evening of fine dining, high-energy entertainment and extraordinary generosity.
An Evening to Remember in the York Suite
The night kicked off with a vibrant champagne reception in our bar before guests made their way into the magnificent York Suite. Surrounded by rich history and elegant interiors, attendees enjoyed a delicious three-course meal created by our talented kitchen team, followed by an unforgettable lineup of entertainment — complete with a live comedian, compere, DJ, a thrilling auction and even a memorable dance-off!
Beyond the celebration, the heart of the event was supporting the incredible work of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI). The RNLI perform lifesaving work across the UK and Ireland and its no doubt this serves as a powerful reminder of why events like this matter so much. Thanks to the generosity of everyone who attended, bid in the auction and bought raffle tickets, the event raised around £17,000 for the RNLI.

We raised a significant amount for our chosen charity (the RNLI), to support their lifesaving work across the UK & Ireland, and our guests had a wonderful evening.
