Spring is officially in full swing and we are definitely enjoying the beautiful weather!
Dish of the month
We asked our Head Chef, Carlo De Simone, what he recommends from the A la carte menu for this month. Carlo has chosen the beetroot cured gravalax with pickled cucumber & rhubarb lemon gel. With a citrus twist, this light and refreshing dish is perfect in the spring heat!
Wine of the month
There aren’t many things better in warm weather than a nice glass of cool white wine. Our assistant food and beverage manager, Stefan Hoffelner, recommends the De Chansac. This fresh Sauvignon blanc has notes of tropical fruit that balance beautifully with the citrus taste of the beetroot dish.
