Reception/Ceremony Rooms
The York Suite
The York Suite, located in the York Wing, is the largest reception area featuring its own foyer for
receiving line, private bar and cloakroom facilities, sprung dance floor and separate entrance
exclusively for your guests.
Ceremony, Wedding Breakfast and evening reception can all be held within this private area of
the hotel.
The York Suite can be divided in two to allow for a separate ceremony and Wedding Breakfast
area.
The York Suite is fully air conditioned.
Live music or a disco is permissible until 1am.
Minimum numbers of 60 to a maximum of 220 are required for the York Suite. Minimum numbers of 80 for Friday and Sunday.
A room hire charge of applies should you not be taking advantage of a package price.
The Broadwater Restaurant
The Broadwater Restaurant is located in our Windsor Wing.
The elegant room boasts tall windows, soaring pillars and beautiful natural light.
French doors lead out onto the Restaurant Terrace overlooking the lawns and the Broadwater
Lake.
Ceremony, Wedding Breakfast and evening reception can all be held in the Restaurant.
Live music or a disco is permissible until midnight.
Minimum numbers of 100 to a maximum of 150 are required for the Broadwater Restaurant. Minimum number of 80 for Friday, Sunday is not available.
There is a set up fee of £1000 to use the Restaurant.
An additional room hire applies should you not be taking advantage of a package
price.
Drawing Room
The Drawing Room with its high ceiling is highly decorative with Tudor style coving.
There are picturesque views of the hotels grounds through its magnificent bay windows.
Both the Ceremony and the Wedding Breakfast can be held in the Drawing Room.
The Drawing Room is fully air conditioned and live music is permissible but is not suitable for a
disco.
The Drawing Room can be used in conjunction with the Garden Room which has direct access
onto the Lawn Terrace.
Minimum numbers of 20 to a maximum of 50 are required for the Drawing Room.
A room hire charge applies should you not be taking advantage of a package price.
There is a Ceremony charge of £500 to hold your Wedding Ceremony at the Oatlands Park Hotel.
This charge does not include any fees payable to the Registry Office.
