These rooms are not available for evening receptions

       We are licensed for civil ceremonies/ partnerships for intimate Ceremonies, right up to a maximum of 200.

       While we reserve the right to hold two weddings on one day, special care is taken to ensure that there will always be  two to three hours between each reception drinks time.  It is always important to let our Coordinator know what time you are planning to get married.

       Should you wish to be the only wedding on the day we offer an exclusivity charge of £1500. However we will reserve the right to use the venue for other events. 

       Should you with to have a more bespoke menu, our head chef will happily discuss your individual requirements.

       Should you wish to have a menu tasting there will be a cost of £20 per person to cover the cost of the food.  You will also be offered a chance to sample the wines that you will be having with your meal.

       You will be working with our team at Oatlands Park Hotel both our dedicated wedding coordinator & our experienced operations manager will be on hand to guide you through the planning process.

       You are more than welcome to arrange any supplement items with our co ordinator .. i.e. a second round of arrival drinks or Chair covers.
